2016 (still)

I had started a post today but someway somehow totally annihilated it by dropping the mouse. So here we go. Wrapping up 2016 in a nice tidy package. Damn it was a rough year and it's not over yet. Let's see some of the highs and lows. -garbage roommate from hell for most of the year until she stole from me and FINALLY AND LONG OVERDUE got kicked the hell out -worked at starbucks all year and made some kickass and a couple of lifelong friends -continued my yoga education and started actively teaching -saw my Cubbies win the world series, and ironically moved to Florida while game 5 was happening(was crazy dissappointed to miss the game 7 win but watched happen it on tv). -made the hardest decision ever to move back to Florida for a bit to save money and reassess things -somebody is going to be president-let's not go there -just got hired at a yoga studio in Florida So let's all sing the Facts of Life theme song here and be grateful for what we have, for life experiences, for people we meet along the way, and for people who stick around. I'm grateful.

2016

Will this be the year she becomes a successful blogger? Or heck, president? Dream big, folks, dream big. Well, it being the first day of a sparkly snow-laden new year, it is absolutely a necessity to have a list of the to-do variety. Mainly, resolutions. I love resolutions. I am resolute to do these things. Resolute. Absolutely. Write it down and it is done. 2016, here goes: Get a dog Live on my own sans roommates (so important) Teach yoga on the reg(at least 1 class a week) Get rid of all clutter non-essential to my happiness Write more Save money, all of it, well, most of it, well, some Write a sitcom and sitcom spec(you got this, girl!) Travel to Atlanta to visit the bro, Nashville too Teach one yoga workshop Figure out makeup, like basics of looking kardashian-like without the constipation Visit one place I've never been before Is that enough? I feel like that should be enough. Ok, learn the Uke Happy New Year Kweens!
